The parameters appeared in the familiar expression of the j>honon spectrum ofliquid 'He given bye? = Ick(I - ');I"k')has been estimated by the use of our density-phase-operator approach. TheLandau parameter 7 and the sound velocity are estimated as 7= -3.7 x 10"CGSand c=2.1 x l0'CGS, respectively. The value of '); obtained here is in accord withthe experimental result of the heat capacity.
