The clairal optical absorption by a sizagle vortex ira a p. 8 ip.-xv?rve supercotadvrctor is sttrdiedtheoretica1l3', The p. 8 ip.-xvave state was recently stuggested as the synarnetry ol' the orderparazaaeter of' SrxRttO.t stupercondtrctor. Dtre to tlae violatiora of tizaae reversal syuaametry, there ?tretxvo types of x'ortices xvlaose windirag orientation is the saume or opposite to the angtrlar umouaaentutnof the Cooper pair. In a real unateriatl doraaai?as xvith p. :l: ip.-xvave states are expected. Howexver, optical absorption of' circtrlar polarized liglut depends or'nly on the xviuading of the vortex and laasa low eruergy absorption peak xvhich results ita diclaroistaa. Dichroisraa occtrrs if strpercondtrctivityis realized 011 a single Fertaai surface sheet. However, in tlae case of several Ferzaai strrface sheetsdiclaroism tmay disappear, if tlae botla types of c??rriers are preseuut, electron-like auud hole-like,Therefore chiral optical absorption is a possible experiment to detect the orbital dependetatsttpercondttctivity wlaicla was strggested as t[ae strpercondtrcting state of' Sr3 Rtr0,j.
