Recently a phenoraaenological Ginzbtrrg-Land?rtr (GL) theory hats been proposed to describethe occtrrrence of a locally tinue-rexzersal symraaetry (T ) bre;tking state near a Josephson.jttnctionbetween trnconventional supercondtnctors. In this paper xve derive this type of GL f'ree energynaicroscopically f'rotaa the t - J utuodel xvithin a slave-boson rneatn-field approxiuaaation. The re-strlting GL f'ree energy is shoxvn to satisfy the conditions to have 21 '7=-violating strrface state. The existence of this .junction st?tte uaaay explain sottue of the recent experiraaents on Higla-T.stupercondtrctors.
