The t'-J xnodel (Z': transfer integral between next nearest neighbor sites) on asquare lattice is studied within the slave-fermion formalism. In a mean-field approx-irnation the antiferromagnetic long-range order (AFLRO), wlnich is represented bytlae Bose condensation of the spinon at T=0, persists even for large dopittg rate. It isshown that the gauge field representing the fluctuations aroux'xd t1?e meaux-field solu-lion works in reducing the AFLRO, naakiuag the phase diagram of the gt'ound statecloser to tlaat observed experimeuttally.[gauge field, slave-fermion, t-J model, t'-J model, copper oxides, anatifer- ]l romagnetisrnI
