The electronic states near a strrface or a douaaain wall i?a the 72-XX'.-LVC strperconductor are sttrdiedfor tlae order parazneter of' the f'orun p. :lm ip.-xvave, xvluiclt is a trnaitary odd-parity state xvitla brokentizme-reversal syzautnetry. Tlais state has lceen recerutly strggested as tlae strpercondtrctitag state of'SU2RL1O4. Tlae spatial varisttion of the order parauaaeter and vector poteratial is deteruaaitaed selfconsisteuatly within tlae quasi-classical approxiuaaation. The lOC21l derusity of states at the strrfaceis corastarat and does not Sl'1OXV atty peak-like or gap-like strtucttrre within the stmpercondttctingenergy gap, in contrast to tlue case of' tlae d-xvaxxe strpercoradtrctors. Tlue ita[lvrence of an exter'nalnuagraetic field is zaaainly observable in the energy ratnge above tlae btrlk gap. On tlae other luand, tlaere is a szmall eraergy gulp in the locatl derasity of states at flue donaain wall loetxveen dotaasrins ofthe txvo degenerate p. -F- ip.-wave a?ad p. - ip.-wave states.
