Electric Conduction of α, α'-Diphenyl-β-Picrylhydrazyl Single Crystal

The conduction mechanism of α, α'-diphenyl-β-picryl hydrazyl (DPPH) single crystal is studied by measuring electric conductivity, magneto-resistance, ESR etc. Moreover, the electric conductivity is theoretically given by the following equation, σ=A_θn(e^2d^2J/hkT)exp(-E_J/kT) which is based on the hopping of unpaired electrons in DPPH molecule, and the theoretical value shows good agreement with the experimental value.
