Spinor-spinor bound state Bethe-Salpeter equation is analysed in the ladder approximation. Fermion and (anti)fermion interact through a massless (axial)vector particle exchange. In the nonrelativistic limit, the eigenvalues of the normal solutions are gauge independent in the vector coupling case, while in the axialvector coupling case the gauge dependence appears in the eigenvalue equation. Some properties of the eigenvalues in the latter case are investigated.
