Duality between direct channel resonances and exchange of two Regge poles in baryonantibaryon (and baryon-baryon) process is investigated based on the simplest composite model. We find two kinds of degeneracy between Regge poles (both their trajectories and couplings at t=0), i. e. exchange degeneracy and "doublet" degeneracy.
