Since the discussion on Moya-Moya disease in 1965,many reports have been recognized. However, there are few report in which dealt with two or more cases finded in the same family members. Two cases demonstrated were siblings having same symptoms such as visual agnosia, hemiplegia, choreatic movements, specific abnormal arteriogram and so on.
