The imitation is a very important phenomenon for child development. There are many investigators who have studied the phenomenon of imitation from many standpoints. However there are many questions about imitation. Then, the imitation of arm, hand and finger gestures on 173 children (94 boys and 79 girls, 3 to 6 years old) was examined by using the method of Berges and Lezine.
