Recently, the progress of the researches on pediatric neurology including EEG of children was recognized, although there are few investigations where the abnormal patterns of EEG during childhood were followed case by case. Three children who showed abnormal EEG during the ages of six to eight were examined by follow-up study, and the meaning of these abnormal patterns was discussed from the developmental standpoint.
