Ambipolar transport has been realized in organic heterojunction transistors with n-type fluorinated copper phthalocyanine (F16CuPc) as the first semiconductor and p-type $\alpha$-sexithiophene ($\alpha$6T) and $\alpha$,$\alpha'$-dihexylsexithiophene as the second semiconductors. For the F16CuPc/$\alpha$6T heterojunction transistor, higher device performance and ambioplar mobilities on the same order of as those of their single layer devices were obtained. Only the p-channel operating characteristics were observed for the F16CuPc/$\alpha$,$\alpha'$-diethylsexithiophene heterojunction device. The large difference in their device performance was attributed to the ratio of hole mobility to electron mobility.
