• The molecular structure of <I>Δ</I>-<I>cis</I>-α-[CrCl<SUB>2</SUB>(<I>S</I>-picpn)]<SUP>+</SUP> (<I>S</I>-picpn=(<I>S</I>)-<I>N</I>,<I>N</I>′-bis(2-pyridylmethyl) propylenediamine) was determined by X-ray analysis, the absolute configuration being confirmed to coincide with that assigned from the circular dichroism spectrum.
