めまいに対するATP顆粒の臨床的効果--ATP300mgと30mgの群間比較

300mg/day or 30mg/day of ATP was perorally administered to 47 patients with vertigo and/or dizziness for 4 weeks and the clinical effects were compared between the two groups according to the single blind method. The results obtained were summarized as follows;1) The rate of improvement of subjective and objective symptoms, that of global improvement and usefulness was significantly superior in the 300mg group of ATP compared to the 30mg group in every respect.2) No side effect was observed in any of the patients examined.3) As for individual symptoms, dizziness, nausea and vomiting in subjective symptoms and spontaneous nystagmus and hearing loss in objective symptoms were superiorly improved in the 300mg group of ATP as compared to the 30mg group. On the contrary, the rate of improvement for palpitation and short breathing was higher in the 30mg group of ATP than the 300mg group.
