P-10 Evaluation of porous Y-TZP scaffold coated with bioglass

In this study, highly glass coated porous Y-TZP scaffolds were fabricated by a replication process using polyester sponge. The porous scaffolds with well-interconnected pore, a approximately pore size of 150-200 μm, and highly porosity, about 77% to 83%, were obtained. The compressive strength of glass coated porous Y-TZP scaffolds ranged from 3.6 to 23 MPa.
