From the polar portion of Schisandrae Fructus, fruit of Schisandra chinensis, two new compounds, thymoquinol 5-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1) and thymoquinol 2-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), and two known compounds, kaempferol 3-O-β-rutinoside and protocatechuic acid were obtained. The structures of the new compounds were characterized by the spectroscopic means
