In this paper, we introduce a medium access control (MAC) protocol for 802.15.3c millimeter-wave WPAN. In particular, the introduced MAC protocol provides aggregation, automatic device discovery and tracking, unequal error protection (UEP) and channel interference avoidance in order to achieve high speed data transmission and directional communication. The performance studies show over 1Gbps MAC throughput achievement under the proposed protocol.
