Multiple Beam Elements Using Linear Zone Plate Array Suitable for Parallel Optoelectronic Computing

A multiple spot imaging system which is composed of a combination of two orthogonal linear zone plate arrays is fabricated. Applications of the components such as optical modules as beam splitter and duplicator of image patterns suitable for optical computing are demonstrated.
