概要
- 論文の詳細を見る
The presence of adsorbed oxygen decreases the electronic conductivity of zinc oxide powder. The rate of desorption of oxygen increases with temperature. The resulting deta yield an activation energy of 1.0 to 1.1 eV for the oxygen desorption. It is shown that this is the binding energy for the chemically adsorbed oxygen.
