Coexistence of Ganglioglioma and Cortical Dysplasia in a Patient with Intractable Epilepsy : Case Report

外科治療にて発作が消失した、gangliogliomaと脳皮質形成異常の共存を認めた8才の難治てんかん症例を報告した。術前の画像診断では、左前頭葉に石灰化病巣が認められたのみで、gangliogliomaおよび脳皮質形成異常の診断は困難であった。セボフルラン麻酔下に術中皮質脳波記録を行い、てんかん性異常波を認めた石灰化部分と周囲の脳皮質を切除した。病理診断はそれぞれ、gangliogliomaおよび脳皮質形成異常であった。術後2年経過した現在、発作は一度も認められていない。gangliogliomaの手術に際しては、画像で認められない場合でも、周囲の脳皮質形成異常の存在の可能性を念頭において治療すべきと考えられた。
