Vortex Lattice Structure in a d_<x^2-y^2>-Wave Superconductor

The vortex lattice strttcttrre in a d.x ,12 -wave strpercondttctor is inxxestigated near tlte vrppercritic?r1 naagnetic field in the frataaework of' the Ginzbtrrg Landatr theory extended by inclttdingtlue correction terrns strch as the higlaer order derivatives derived frouaa the Gor'kov eqtration. Otalowering temperattrre, the ttrait cell shape of' the vortex lattice gradtrally varies frorn a regtrlartriangtrlar lattice to a sqtrare lattice tl?rough the shape of 2111 isosceles triangle. As for theorientation of the xzortex lattice. tlae base of' an isosceles triangle is along the a axis or the b 2LXlSof the crystal. Tlae fotrrfold synaraaetric strtrcttrre arotrnd a vortex core is also sttrdied in the vortexlattice case. It is noted th?tt these characteristic f'e?tttrres ?tppear even in the case the indtrced.s-wave order parameter is absent around tlae xzortex of tlae d.x .,n-wave strpercondtrctivity. XVealso investig;rte the effect of' the induced .s-w'ave order parameter. It enhances (strppresses) tl?esecharacteristic f'eattrres of the (71.2 .x-xvave strjcercondtrctor xvhen the .s-wave cotnponent of theinteraction is attractive (reptrlsix'e).
