Using the Green-function method with Tyablikovx decoupling, we have consideredtheoretically the magnetic properties of the high-field magnetieally ordered phase ofbcc solid 'He at low temperatures. Taking into account all exchange processes up to 6spins, the detailed behaviors of the upper critical field, sublattice magnetization andmagnetization were calculated.quantum solid, helium three, ultralow temperature, nuclear magnetic order,magnetic phase transition, upper critical field, multiple spin exchange
