A Study of Spin Fluctuations in Nesting-Type Antiferromagnets-An Application to Cr_<1-x>V_x Alloys

The effect of spin fluctuations in antiferromagnetic alloys has been studied byusing the generalized Shibatani-Motizuki-Nagamiya model with the renormalizedspin-fluctuation theory and the coherent-potential approximation. The concentra-tion dependence of the N<Set temperature T? and the wave vector at 7"N is calculatedby taking the parameters included in the model so as to be suitable for Cr. =,V.alloys. The experimental results of these quantities in Cr) =,V. alloys are explainedvery well by these calculations. The temperature dependence of the nuclear spinrelaxation rate 1/T. is also calculated for various impurity concentrations.
