By introducing an 'internal' orbital L, the mass spectra of nucleon family are accominodated into the two groups, each of them having the opposite 'internal' parity with each other and each manifesting the rotation spectrum character: M^2=L(L+1)a^2+<M_0>^2, (a and M_0 are constants). For each of the L-values, the hypermultiplets characterized by the values of the hypercharge Y(Y=0,±1,±2)are introduced and compared with the experiments.
