The structure of weak interaction is investigated as that resulting from the intermediate boson theory proposed by one of the present authors (Y. T.) and Watanabe. It gives a theoretical framework in which the chirality conserving weak interactions have justification. Some consequences inferred from the theory are compared with the high energy neutrino experiments.
