A model of the composite structure of particles is suggested from the viewpoint of the O(4) symmetry. The discussion is confined to the kinematical problems. In order to get further prospect for the dynamical aspect of the model, the empirical mass formulae in connection with the breaking interactions of the full symmetry are considered.
