On the assumption that intermediate bosons couple with neutrino in the "super-weak"coupling and with other particles in the "mesostrong"coupling, a theory of the leptonic weak interaction is formulated. Both the Yukawa type (without the baryon number) and the Tanikawa type (with the baryon number) are included in this scheme. The consequences of the theory to low and high energy weak processes are discussed.
