Effective pairing interaction and strpercondtrcting transition teunperature T. are investigatedon the basis of the simplest d-p model by using the auxiliary particle method together with the1/Y-expansion theory. The pairing interaction rnediated by both charge and spin flucttrationsis calculated by considering higher order terms in the l/Y-expansion within the random phaseapproximation(RPA) to find that it is attractive only f'or the d.o .2 channel. T. is calculated bysolving a linearized Eliashberg eqtration to confirm that it can be finite only for d.w .2 pairing.Doping dependence of T. seems to Ice consistent with experiments with a reasonable choice ofthe parameter for the charge-transfer energy. The highest Tc is obtained at a hole-doping rate6 : 0.15 and estimated to be 6 TOO K. It is also shown that the spin fluctuation plays a dominantrole in the system to realize the high-'Z'c superconductivity rather than the charge fluctuationdoes.
