Sugiyama-Gutfreund-Weger Model and Paraconductivity in the Mercury Chain Compound Hg_<3-δ>AsF_6

The critical behavior of the paraconductivity of Hg, .5AsF. is calculated on thebasis of the model recently proposed by Sugiyama, Gutfreund and Weger [J. Phys.C19 (1986) 2519]. In contrast to their result, the paraconductivity behaves as e "'with e=ln (T/ T.), which is characteristic of three dimensional systems. The correla-lion length, the linearized TDGL equation and the GL free energy density up to ?A l'are also obtained.
