The triangular XY-like antiferromagnet RbFeCI. shows successive incom-mensurate-'phase transitions with decreasingtemperature in zero field. The T-H phase diagram in the easy plane is determinedby the susceptibility measuretment. Two new ordered states are found in themagnetic field region between 5 and 22 k0e. Magnetic aftereffects are observedin the commensurate phase at Ixhe lowest temperatures in zero field. The sus-ceptibility just after the demagnetization is larger than that before the field ap-plication and decreases with a logarithmic time decay.
