The neutron diffraction data of Ni_<0.9>Cu_<0.1>s_2, which is known to be a metric NiS_2 which is a Most-Hubbard insulator. A transition has been found to occur at 85±5 K to a magnetic structure which can be described as ordering of the first kind of fcc lattice. Powder diffraction patterns have been analyzed in terms of the general noncollinear model. The determined r.m.s. moment per site is 1.1μ_B, which is close to the total moment of 1.17μ_B of NiS_2. The Neel temperature of about 85 K is much lower than the previously reported value of 135 K from the susceptibility measurement, but is in agreement with the value from the specific heat measurement.
