We evaluate the density perturbation which arises from quantum fluctuation in the extended inflation model from the first principle, i.e., quantum field theory in curved space-time and the gauge invariant linear perturbation theory. We show that the density perturbation is not scale-invariant, and that its spectrum is enhanced slightly in the long-wavelength region. The amplitude of the perturbation slightly differs from that of the often quoted in the literatures.
