It is shown that, so far as the one-loop diagram is concerned, the physical amplitude obtained in a theory previously presented by us is equivalent to that of the dimensional regularization scheme of 't Hooft and Veltman. We utilize this equivalence for the proof of the Ward-Takahashi identity, unitarity and causality.
