Critical Compressibility Factor of Two-Dimensional Lattice Gas : General and Mathematical Physics

The critical compressibility factor Z_c at the gas-liquid critical point is defined by Z_c=p_cV_c/Nk_BT_c (p_c: critical pressure, V_c: critical volume, T_c: critical temperature, k_B: Boltzmann's constant, N: number of molecules). By the use of the equivalence of lattice gas with the Ising model the Z_c of two-dimensional lattice gas with nearest neighbor interaction is calculated exactly. The results are Z_c=0.09664362264…(square lattice),Z_c=0.0746813475…(honeycomb lattice),Z_c=0.1112523394…(triangular lattice)
