A Short Range Quark-Gluon Effective Vertex and Two Gluon Decay Widths of Heavy Quark-Antiquark Systems

A short range quark-gloun effective interaction which has been shown previously to understand the features of meson mass spin structure, is now applied to the two gloun decay of heavy quark-antiquark systems. It is predicted that it will possibly change the results for pseudoscalar charmonium drastically, while not much those for ^3P_J states from the minimal coupling predictions.
