Van hove and Fialkwski′s prediction of the inelastic pp deffractio based on the quarkglue model in smaller than experiment. We propose a new form of the eikonal which predicts a douple-peake eigenamplitude spectrum and large inelastic diffraction (σ_D=7.1〜8.4mb ata ISR energies). It is discussed that this form of the eiknal has a relation with the 〜1/χ(χ〜0) behaviour of the gluon distribution in the parton model.
