Treatment for the Neck Pain and Backache with Pustulosis Palmaris et Plantaris

• Ten cases of neck pain or back acke were observed in 19 patients with pusturosis palmalis et plantaris (PPP). Four patients showed abnormal x-ray findings in the spine, sacroiliac joint, first rib or clavicle. Most cases were treated with anti-inflamatory drugs but 6 cases required the tonsilectomy in order to relieve the severe pain and P. P. P.Four cases (66.7%) were free from pain and one case was complaining of mild shoulder pain and one patient required medication for moderate pain of sternal region at the time of follow up.We recomended the tonsilectomy rather than the other surgical procedures in the cases who were not relieved from pain for many months.
