We encountered 6 patients. They were suspected insufficient sleep syndrome complainingexcessive daytime sleepiness. Four of them were surely diagnosed as insufficient sleep syndrome,but differential diagnosis was described on the other two patients. In this report, wedescribed the diagnosis procedure and the detecting methods.
