In this work, equivalent circuit of short wavelength transmission line employing periodic structure for application of wireless communication systems were investigated using theoretical analysis. Equivalent circuits for the PPGM(periodically perforated ground metal) cell were extracted, and all lumped circuit parameters were expressed by closed-form equation.
