相模湾葉山沖(水深20〜30m)の短尾類相

Brachyuran crabs obtained by only gill-nets between the depths of 20 and 30 m, on sand and sandy-mud, off Hayama, Sagami Bay, Central Japan, during the years 2000-2005 were studied. On the results with previous records, 55 species of 17 families were listed. Dominant species from the sampling area are the following 10 species: Dorippe sinica (Dorippidae), Calappa lophos (Calappidae), Arcania undecimspinosa, Myra celeris and Leucosia anatum (Leucosiidae), Phalangipus hystrix (Majidae), Platylambrus lachiniatus (Parthenopidae), and Portunus hastatoides, Charybdis miles and Charybdis bimaculata (Portunidae). Rare 8 species are as follows: Seulocia rhomboidalis (Leucosiidae), Lissocarcinus polybioides (Portunidae), Eucrate sulcatifrons (Goneplacidae), Hexapinus latipes (Hexapodidae), Demania scaberrima (Xanthidae), Calmania prima and Typhlocarcinops canariculata (Pilumnidae), and Tritodynamia japonica (Pinnotheridae).
