• Splenic B-cell subpopulation early peripheralized and decreased in amount of B-cell surface antigen(s) were studied for the density of cell surface immunoglobulin (S-Ig). The experiments revealed that the B-cell subpopulation were low in the density of S-Ig in comparison with that of normal B-cells.
