Three IgG components showing a isoelectric point of 7.76, 6.16 and 5.70 were isolated from chicken serum by a series of procedures including salting-out in 45% ammonium sulfate saturation, gel filtration on a Sephadex G-200 column, Zone electrophoresis, chromatography on a DEAE Sephadex A-50 column and isoelectro-focusing on an ampholine column. These components were antigenically identical in gel diffusion test.
