Crystallization has been studied in the amorphous Cu-Ag-La alloys by means of X-ray diffraction, differential scanning calorimeter and transmission electron microscopy. Amorphous Cu_<52>Ag_<45>La_3 alloy was found to crystallize two distinct stages; first and second stages are due to primary crystallization of nanocrystalline fcc-Cu and fcc-Ag phases and growth of primary crystalline. The crystallization process is the typical nucleation and growth transformation. The n-values of JMA plot are in the range of 2.5 and 3, indicating a diffusion controlled growth in the eutectiod cells. Mechanical properties; σ_f and H_v, are clearly improved by the partial crystallization of amorphous phase.amorphous alloycopper-silver-lanthanum systeminsoluble type alloypartial crystallizationtwo phases nanocrystalline
