Replica Exchange MC Simulations of the Two-Dimensional Site-Random Ising Model

We study a short-range site-random Ising model in two dimensions(2D) using a replica exchange MC method. From finite-size scaling analyses of the Binder parameter g_L, the spin glass susceptibility X_<SG> and the order-parameter distribution function P(q), we find an evidence of the spin glass phase transiton at a finite non-zero temperature.spin glassMonte Carlo simulationphase transition
