韓国の豚から分離された病原性大腸菌の薬剤感受性(細菌学)

離乳前後の子豚に発生した下痢症と浮腫病から分離した285株の大腸菌に対する15種類の薬剤感受性を米国臨床検査標準委員会法(NCCLS)に従った寒天平板希釈法によりMIC(発育阻止濃度)を求め検討した.被検分離株は毒素原性大腸菌, 腸管病原性大腸菌(attaching and effacing病変を生じる), 或いは志賀毒素産生性大腸菌に属していた.分離株はceftiofurに対して1μg/mlと低いMIC_90(供試菌株の90%の発育を阻止する最小発育阻止濃度)値を示した.薬剤耐性と3つの病原因子の異なる大腸菌には関連性が無かった.
