概要
- 論文の詳細を見る
非外傷性の頭皮動静脈瘻の3症例を報告する。経動脈ルートや病変の直接穿刺で、シアノアクリレートを用い、動静脈瘻をsubtotalに閉塞した. その後、動静脈瘻を手術で容易に摘出した. このような症例の診断には、血管撮影は必須である. 頭皮動静脈瘻の治療において、必要であれば摘出術とあわせ、塞栓術は第一選択と考えられる.
