The crystal structure of the mixed crystal K..,(NH.).,...H.P0. has been investigatedat four temperatures between 90 K and 293 K by means of X-ray diffraction with par-ticular interest to the temperature dependence of thermal parameters. It is revealedthat thermal parameters U,.'s for K, P and 0 atoms deviate from the line to be in pro-portion to absolute temperature around at IIOK. The anomalies in U..'s areunderstood as the result of random and static displacements of K, P and 0 atoms.
