Spin lattice relaxation titaae of 'H in a charge-transfer cotnplex of bisethylenedioxytetrathiaftrlvalene (BO) and decyltetracyanoquinodiuaaethane (CjgTCNQ) has been rneastrred in a lowtenaperattrre region of 2 -50 K. The relaxation rate at the resonance f'reqtrency of 9.5 IVIHz exhibitsKorringa-like behavior doxvn to abotrt 30 K. At lower tetnperattrres, it exhibits a substantialincrease xvith a peak at arotrnd 5 K and theta r?tpidly decreases with decreasing tetnperattrre.Siuauilar behavior is observed in the relaxation rate at a higher frequency (l5lVIHz), but theincrease is supressed by a higher external field. These behaviors are well explained by the theoryof Iocalization ita weakly disordered systenas. These results indicate that at low temperattrres,Anderson localization is detected in BO condtrctive layers.
