Behavior of ^<77>Se Hyperfine Components of SeO_4^<3->Radicals in Highly Deuterated NH_4H_2PO_4

The authors observed the "Se hyperfine (hf) components of F,SR spectrum ofSea: radicals doped in 94%-deuterated NH.H.P0. (D.,.ADP) and compared theresult with those for D.ADP (03,v30.70) crystals. In tlte paraelectric phase noremarkable deuteration effect was observed. In the antiferroelectric (AFE) phase, onthe other hand, a new type of angular dependence of the hl' line-position was foundbetween about 185 K and T. (236 K). The results mean that the crystal field of theAFE host crystal which distorts the Sea' into the AFE configuration depends ontemperature remarkably in the AFE 0..,.ADP.
