Ambirolar mobilitv and diffusion coefficient in the ton-electron mixed con-ductor x Ag.S are measured by means of the arrangement similar to the well-known Haynes-Shockley's injection experiemnt on Go. Two sets of Ag/Agl and Ptelectrodes facing each other are used as emitter and collector. The values obtainedare in good accordance with the theory.
